Walk almost any block and you'll see original bungalows standing right next to brand-new two-storey infill. That mix is really the story of Grovenor right now: a mature community that is quietly rebuilding itself, house by house.
The location is a big part of the appeal. You're a short walk from the shops along Stony Plain Road and minutes from the 124 Street district, while MacKinnon Ravine and the river valley trails sit just to the south for walking and cycling into the valley. Downtown is roughly ten to fifteen minutes away, and the coming Valley Line West LRT will run close to the neighbourhood's edge.
